Monitoring PDF documents

Click Add Webpages in the menu and paste a PDF URL the same way you add a webpage. See Add webpages.

How it works

  • Paste the PDF address, one URL per line, then press Submit.
  • Each PDF is downloaded and converted to HTML so changes can be highlighted.
  • PDFs follow the same steps as webpages: add, daily check, then review in Main view and the Diff viewer.
  • If a PDF will not download, see Fetch status.
  • Add webpages Paste up to 50 URLs at once, pick a folder, and start tracking changes.
  • Diff viewer Open a change from Main view and review it side by side or on one page. The numbers in the screenshot match the parts below.
  • Fetch status What fetch statuses mean, and what happens when a site blocks or rate-limits checks.
  • Daily checks Every active URL is checked automatically once a day. Here is what each run does.
  • Main view Find, filter, and open every saved change. The numbers in the screenshot match the parts below.
