Broken links: pages that stopped loading

Click Managing → Broken links in the menu. This list collects monitored URLs that stopped responding correctly, so you can decide which to keep. For status meanings, see Fetch status.

  • Pages that keep returning not found (404).
  • Pages that are blocked (403).
  • Pages that show an access challenge instead of the real content.

Temporary problems, such as rate limits or retries still pending, are not listed here. Click Managing in the menu to see those — see Monitoring and Fetch status.

  • Remove a URL you no longer want to track, or tick several and use Remove selected.
  • Removed URLs are recorded in Removed links.
  • Compare Versions never deletes broken pages on its own — you decide.
  • On Scale and higher, some blocked pages may offer Proxy.
  • Fetch status What fetch statuses mean, and what happens when a site blocks or rate-limits checks.
  • Removed links A read-only record of URLs you removed from monitoring.
  • Monitoring Browse every site and URL you track, check fetch status, and pause pages to free a slot.
  • Proxy Turn on Proxy for a page that isn’t loading, on Scale and higher.
