Monitoring: view, pause, and resume pages

Click Managing in the menu. This is the full list of everything you track. Use it to check status, pause or resume pages, and tidy up your list. Changed pages still appear in Main view.

Ways to browse

  • Sites overview — every domain you monitor, with status counts.
  • Pages view — every URL across all sites, with Pause / Resume, status, and Proxy.
  • Site detail — every URL under one domain, with its folder. See Folders.
  • Page detail — snapshot dates, fetch status, and past diffs for one URL. Status problems are covered in Fetch status.

Pause and resume

  • Pausing a URL stops its Daily checks and frees an active slot under the quantity you pay for (or your Freemium limit).
  • Resume a URL when you have a free slot.
  • If Proxy was on for that URL, pausing turns it off and frees the Proxy slot.

Pausing doesn’t change your bill

Say you pay for 15 URLs and all 15 are active. Pause 5, and you can add or resume up to 5 others. You are still billed for 15 until you change the quantity with Add URLs or Reduce URLs on Managing → Manage account → Billing. See Billing and account.

Organise and remove

  • On the sites list, folder chips are read-only. Open a site to create folders and to move pages.
  • On a site page: select pages and use Move to folder, or choose All (unassigned) to clear a folder (with confirmation). See Folders.
  • Delete a single page, or a whole site, when you no longer need it. Removed URLs are recorded in Removed links.
