Main view: your inbox of changes

Click Main View in the menu. It lists the pages that changed during Daily checks. Treat it like an inbox: click a change, review it in the Diff viewer, and move on to the next. You can also get an email alert. The brown numbers in the screenshot match the parts below.

Main view with numbered callouts: search, unreviewed filter, sort, per page, folders, insights strip, and the changes table
Main view — numbered parts match the list below (search, filters, folders, insights, etc.).

Parts of the screen

Use the numbers on the screenshot to find each control. (8) is not marked on the screenshot — it only appears when you have more rows than the Per page count.

  • (1) Search pages — Type a path or host to narrow the list. Filtering starts as you type; press Enter to search all saved changes.
  • (2) Unreviewed only — Tick this box to show only changes you have not checked yet. Untick it to show every saved change again.
  • (3) Sort by — Choose Site to group rows under each domain, or Newest first to list the most recent changes at the top.
  • (4) Per page — Choose how many change rows to show on one page (for example 100).
  • (5) Folders — Click a folder chip to show only changes from that folder. All shows every change. Use + New folder here to create a folder. To put pages you already monitor into a folder (or clear a folder), click Managing → Monitoring, open a site, tick the pages, choose the folder or All (unassigned), and click Move to folder. For more detail, see Folders.
  • (6) Insights strip — A short key for the Insights column: S/M/L is change size (small / medium / large), TWC is text-only word count, DWC is words that contain digits (such as rates), + / − / ↔ are added / removed / replaced counts, and (i) opens more detail. The same labels appear in the Diff viewer.
  • (7) The table — Each row is one saved change. When Sort by is Site, a site name appears above its rows. Click Change to open the Diff viewer. After you open it, Change turns green. Columns:
    • Pages — the page path (or full URL when not grouped by site).
    • Folder — the folder for that page, or a dash if it has none. See Folders.
    • Old version time — when the previous snapshot was saved.
    • New version time — when the newer snapshot was saved.
    • Days since change — how long ago the newer snapshot was saved (for example “5 days ago”).
    • Insights — the short summary from the Insights strip (S/M/L, TWC, DWC, and + / − / ↔), plus (i) for more detail.
    • Change — opens the Diff viewer for that row.
  • (8) Pagination — When you have more saved changes than the Per page count, page links appear: just above the table and again just below it. Use Previous, Next, or a page number to move through the list. If everything fits on one page, pagination is hidden.
