Quick start
- Create an account Create an account with a username, email, and password. Confirm the link we email you, then accept the Terms of Service. Freemium lets you try a small list for about 30 days before you subscribe — see Pricing.
- Add webpages Click Add Webpages in the menu. Paste up to 50 URLs at once, one per line. You can choose a folder so new pages are organised as you add them. See Add webpages.
- Let daily checks run Active URLs are fetched automatically each day. When content changes, a new version and diff are saved. See Daily checks.
- Review changes Click Main View in the menu, then click a change to open it in the Diff viewer. For a digest, click Settings → Email alerts — see Email alerts. Try the Live demo if you are not signed in yet.
- Subscribe when ready Open Pricing, or go to Managing → Manage account → Billing, choose how many URLs to pay for, and complete checkout. See Billing and account.
Most teams let the daily check run, then work through Main view until every change is reviewed. Email alerts give you a digest without opening the app first.

Reviewing changes
- Main view Find, filter, and open every saved change. The numbers in the screenshot match the parts below.
- Diff viewer Open a change from Main view and review it side by side or on one page. The numbers in the screenshot match the parts below.
- Email alerts Get a digest by email when daily checks find changes, with an optional size threshold.
Managing your pages
- Monitoring Browse every site and URL you track, check fetch status, and pause pages to free a slot.
- Folders Group monitored URLs by department or topic, then filter Main view by folder.
- Broken links See which monitored pages no longer load, so you can decide which to keep.
- Removed links A read-only record of URLs you removed from monitoring.
Fetching and access
