Organise pages with folders

Folders group your monitored URLs by department or topic. They don’t change what gets checked — Daily checks still cover every active URL. Folders belong to your account (not to one website), so the same folder can hold pages from several hosts.

How folders work

  • Each page belongs to one folder, or none. Pages without a folder appear under All (shown as a dash in some tables).
  • Folders are flat — there are no folders inside folders.
  • Each chip shows the folder name and how many links it holds. All is your full list.

Where to create and manage folders

  • Use + New folder on Add webpages, Main view, or a site page under Managing → Monitoring (open a site). See Monitoring.
  • The Monitoring sites / pages list shows folder counts and a short hint, but it does not offer + New folder — open a site to create or move.
  • Where create is available, right-click a folder to rename it, change its background colour, or delete it.
  • Deleting a folder doesn’t delete its pages. They move back to All (unassigned).

Put pages into folders

  • When adding pages: click Add Webpages in the menu, choose Save into folder, then press Submit. See Add webpages.
  • For pages already on your list: click Managing → Monitoring, open a site, select pages, choose a folder, and click Move to folder. Moving into another folder replaces the old one — a page is never in two folders.
  • To clear a folder: on that same site page, select pages, choose All (unassigned), and click Move to folder. You’ll be asked to confirm. If every selected page is already unassigned, Move stays disabled.

Filter by folder

Click Main view in the menu, then click a folder to see only its changes. Folders are not separate quotas or logins.
