Billing, cancelling, and deleting your account

Click Managing → Manage account → Billing in the menu. You pay for the number of URLs you choose, and that screen is where you change it. Proxy slots for Scale and higher are also managed here — see Proxy.

Subscribe

On that screen, choose a URL quantity, check the live quote, and go to checkout. The quantity you choose is what you pay for. Compare plan sizes on Pricing before you subscribe.

Change how many URLs you pay for

On Billing, click Add URLs or Reduce URLs. Pausing a page under Managing does not change your bill — see Monitoring.

Card details and invoices

When it is shown, Manage billing is where you update your card, see invoices, and cancel.

Cancelling

  • Cancelling stops renewals. Monitoring continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • After that period ends, Daily checks stop for all your URLs.
  • Your data is kept for about 30 days, so you can back it up or subscribe again. After that, monitoring data is deleted. See Terms §5b.

Deleting your account

Click Managing → Manage account → Delete account. That permanently removes your login and data, and cancels any active subscription.

  • Monitoring Browse every site and URL you track, check fetch status, and pause pages to free a slot.
  • Daily checks Every active URL is checked automatically once a day. Here is what each run does.
  • Proxy Turn on Proxy for a page that isn’t loading, on Scale and higher.
