Everyday banking fees

The fee guide below covers standard personal transaction accounts, linked debit cards, and common over-the-counter servicing requests. Premium packages, youth products, and business accounts have separate fee schedules.

Most routine banking can be completed in the mobile app or internet banking without a service charge. Fees below apply when you request a paper record, use a non-partner ATM overseas, or ask us to complete a transfer on your behalf.

Everyday account holders can usually avoid routine servicing charges by using digital statements, self-service transfers, and partner ATMs across New Zealand. Overseas operators may still add their own machine fees on top of our charge.

Foreign exchange margins are applied to the New Zealand dollar equivalent of the purchase or withdrawal.

Staff-assisted fees may be waived for customers needing accessibility support or where Acme Savings made the error.

Replacement card courier fees apply when express delivery is requested outside standard postal timeframes.
