Fees below apply to new owner-occupier and investment home loans settled on or after the date shown. Package, valuation, and discharge fees are quoted in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Your loan contract lists the fees that apply to your account.
Construction and split-loan facilities may attract additional progress inspection or switch fees that are not shown in the standard schedule. Ask your banker for a personalised fee summary before you apply.

Package fees may bundle an offset account, discounted rate, and annual credit card fee waiver.
Bridging facilities can attract daily interest and extension fees in addition to the standard charges shown.
